About

Restaurant Email Guide helps restaurant owners understand email marketing, compare sending tools, and adapt practical messages to their own verified details. The guides and three email examples are free to read. You do not need an account to use the site.

What we cover

The site explains how to start, build a suitable contact list, estimate costs, and interpret results. Our software comparison separates published plan limits from questions a restaurant still needs to check. The New Menu, Newsletter, and Birthday examples show how a complete message can be written and what must change before it is sent.

What the examples are

Example Restaurant and its dishes, hours, invitations, and results are fictional teaching examples. We do not send campaigns for restaurants, hold their guest lists, or promise that a sample will produce bookings. Each restaurant must check its audience, facts, destination links, sender information, mailing address, and unsubscribe setup in its own sending platform.

Sources and corrections

Time-sensitive software facts are dated and should be rechecked against the provider's current terms. We distinguish public information from hands-on testing. If you find an error, send the page address and a source or explanation to contact@restaurantmailkit.com. Our Editorial Policy explains how we handle updates.
