Editorial Policy

Restaurant Email Guide publishes practical explanations and original fictional email examples. We aim to make each claim useful for a real restaurant decision and clear about what has, and has not, been verified.

Software information

For prices, plan limits, sending allowances, and product features, we prefer the provider's current official documentation. We record a review date for time-sensitive comparisons. A public plan page is evidence of published terms at that time; it is not proof that we tested the product or that the same terms will apply to every account. Before publication or a material update, we recheck the specific facts used in the comparison.

Email examples

The sample restaurant, dishes, hours, offers, and outcomes are fictional unless a page explicitly identifies a verified real example. Editing notes tell readers which details need a real source and when to remove a claim. We do not describe sample messages as proven campaigns or imply that a click establishes an actual visit.

Corrections

If a source changes or we make an error, we update the affected statement and its review date. Send the page URL, the specific claim, and the relevant source to contact@restaurantmailkit.com. We review the evidence and correct material errors rather than silently preserving an outdated number.

Independence

A link to a software provider identifies a source or a service to examine; it does not make that provider's statements our own test results. If a page ever contains a commercial relationship, that relationship must be disclosed near the relevant link or recommendation and must not decide the factual comparison. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
