Scenario checks

Hypothetical calculations, not actual campaigns or verified outcomes.

100 subscribers, two sends

100 × 2 = 200 emails per month. The stated basic caps do not exclude these five plans; account approval and feature restrictions still matter.

800 subscribers, four sends

800 × 4 = 3,200 emails per month. For a single 800-person same-day campaign, Brevo’s 300/day limit cannot reach everyone that day. MailerLite and Mailchimp also exceed their free contact caps.

2,500 subscribers, four sends

2,500 × 4 = 10,000 emails per month. This uses EmailOctopus’s entire stated monthly allowance and fits Sender’s stated monthly cap, subject to account conditions.

Order-triggered messages

A CSV import does not create live automation. Confirm the source, synchronization, trigger, delay and stop conditions, plus any paid module.
