Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026. This policy describes the V1.1 site at restaurantmailkit.com and messages sent to contact@restaurantmailkit.com.

Visiting the site

The site is publicly readable. It has no account, contact form, newsletter signup, or customer-list upload. The HTML pages use Google Analytics 4 to measure website visits and navigation. The Google tag sends information such as the page URL, page title, referrer, browser and device information, and visit timing to Google, and may store analytics cookies in your browser. The TXT downloads do not contain an analytics tag. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. The service that delivers the website may process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information, and time, to deliver the pages and protect the service. We do not use those request records to build a restaurant guest list.

Emails you send us

When you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your question, review a correction or rights request, or handle a privacy request. We do not add contact senders to a marketing list. We keep correspondence while needed to handle the request and related records. To ask about or request deletion of a message, email us with its approximate date and subject.

Downloads and other sites

The three TXT templates download without an account or an email address. They contain fictional example text and placeholders, not a way for this site to receive your guest data. Our pages link to software providers and other websites. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them.

Changes and questions

If the site's data collection changes, this page must be updated to describe the actual behavior before the change is made. Questions can be sent to contact@restaurantmailkit.com.
